Yelp Yourself!
By: Osama
As we come to this life, we discover that we are brought up with differences, special distinguishing features that make us mankind rare, unique and able to differentiate between its individuals.
If praised, these differences will give an essence to life, colors and contrast, different skills, different abilities, different point of views and so more strength for us as a race, not to mention, more capability to lead this planet. These differences also empower our belonging, and so our competition between our groups which leads eventually to pushing standards, ourselves and taboos to the limits revealing our maximum energy and creativity.
But if not praised, due to some unifying intolerant ideologies, cultural beliefs or religions, these differences become a reason to hate, reject, prejudge, and discriminate. They also become a symbol of danger and enemy figures in front of minds that were effected by such ideologies and are unable to think freely anymore with the simple mutual benefit distinct thinking. Such ideologies can be so strong, that they do not only encourage intolerance between different people, they can encourage intolerance between a person and himself causing some people to live miserable lives, desperately trying to change their differences in order to become some role models that these ideologies drew. Such role models are made-believe that it’ll lead them to happiness which is something may never actually happen, knowing that the inner peace and happiness can only occur to people who are fully satisfied and accepting to themselves.
Speaking of different ideologies, I received this very weird message for that matter on my profile few days ago. Now, some of you might tell me we receive weird messages everyday! Your inbox is filled with messages from weirdoes, sex addicts, fetishes clubbers and underage. But heterosexuals?! Now that’s weird...
Something to share, the first message goes on with something like this:
“Hello. How are you doing? First of all, if you find this message not interesting for you, just ignore it, delete it, and don’t waste your time. I apologize for that. I know some gay guys or bisexuals, who are having a problem with their sexual orientation. They want to be straight, they can't, they tried and failed, they are suffering, they have pain. Are you one of these guys?
Between Religion, Traditions, Culture & and their sexual desire, they are Lost.
Those guys need our help. Those guys need people to listen to them, hear their suffer and pain. Maybe I don't have a miracle or a solution right away, but 100% talking and expressing your feelings to someone whom is ready to listen to you, will have positive results.
Don't worry my friend, you don't have to mention your name or to show me you pictures. Your privacy and discretion is more important than anything else.
If you find yourself interested, please don’t hesitate and contact me. Maybe I am online, maybe not. But still send to me a message here or on msn *******@hotmail.com
Have a nice day.

'... if you’re helping gays to accept themselves then that’s a good job… but if you’re helping gays deny themselves then you find a better job to do… it’ll never happen '
His message sounded vague a bit, I didn’t know what this guy really wanted! But since am not that kind of a guy who ignores and deletes I eagerly felt like replying back with something like this:
“Well if you’re helping gays to accept themselves and their sexuality then that’s a good job. But I am fine and I am fully accepting my self.
And if you’re helping gays to deny themselves and try to change to them into straight then find a better job to do and don’t waste your time, cause it will never happen.”
Furiously, the man replied back, not in one form, but in two separate messages:
“I choose the 2nd one. Yes to change and become straight. Not by forcing them, or putting pressure on them, but if they want to change and hate who they are, then they deserve help and support. Helping people to become normal is never a waste of time, it's a challenge. But, supporting them to accept being gay, no, never! It is abnormal and huge sin and opposite of nature.”
