Hatchoos are the only word you utter at the worst cold-catching times. Home is the new hang out and feeling stuck is the feeling you’re trying to avoid in a season of catching a flue. Especially at such times, early spring times and late winter days are the perfect germ palusa to be infected. So while you’re at it, have fun, weird? Well, the last thing you’d want is to feel helpless while you’re pinned in your bed, so here’s some tips to save your case while having fun doing it, just make sure not to get attached to the last part of the article!
Home movies:
Yea it isn’t that much of a discovery, but picking the right ones are your mission. In your case, funny movies and TV series that are comedy oriented are very suitable for your condition as a sick person in pain. Humorous movies will lift your spirit by promoting a feel-good chemicals; endorphins which are the body’s natural painkillers. A tasty potato soup for the slow cooker
Ingredients:
· 6 potatoes, peeled and diced
· 1 cup chopped onion
· 2 carrots, thinly sliced
· 2 ribs celery, thinly sliced
· 4 cups chicken broth
· 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
· 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
· 1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
· 1/2 teaspoon pepper
· 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
· 1 1/4 cups cream or half-and-half
Preparation:
Combine first potatoes, chopped onion, carrots, celery, chicken broth, basil, parsley, salt, and pepper in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on HIGH for 3 hours, or until vegetables are tender. Stir together flour and cream or half-and-half; stir into soup. Cover and cook 30 minutes longer or until hot. If desired, sprinkle bacon bits over each serving.
Makes about 2 quarts.
Drink hot drinks:
-mix hot water with honey and lemon juice
-mix honey with green tea
-mix warm water with lemon, (it’s not too strong on your throat because its reduced by water, in fact it’s rich with vitamn C, which fights the virus out of your system).
Avoid: straight Lemon extrat on your food, it doesn’t do you good when you’re throat is hurt (because it’s unreduced, and strong on your throat), it’s like rubbing a lemon against a wound, it just hurt. So avoid lemon even in your soups.

Vitamin C fizzy tablets
FYI: Taking pills with warm water is dangerous. Most people when they're suffering from flu commonly consume capsulated tablets with warm water, not knowing whether the pill would safely reach the stomach. This could be serious and perhaps you should consider proper ways of swallowing pills. DO NOT use warm or hot water/fruit juice/all kinds of sweet drinks to wash down the medicine. The right way is to down it with cold water. If you feel discomfort in the throat after taking a pill, drink lots of water or cold milk.
Breathe like never before!
When you’re sick, breathing is really hard for you to proceed, at least isn’t as easy as when you’re well as a horse. Now that your nostrals are closed and bramely, you could help reduce that by rubbing some vex on your chest, and put a little on your steamer, oh a water boiler to open your chest, and keep the steamer next to you most of the team to kill the germs in the air and help you breath properly. Warm up
While you’re sitting watching a movie, warm up a bowl of noodels, wear leg warmers, and make sure to wear socks, cause warming the feet will help you feel warm all around. Snuggle under a light blanket if you’re hot, and a thick one if you’re chilly. And the secret to fast-healing throat, wrap your neck with a scarf while drinking your warm tea.
