(22-5-2008): Ammonnews.net had published a small headline with a piece about a gay party that happened in one of Shmasani bars last Thursday (22-5-2008), throwing words like "practicing their habits" and "unmoral", the paragraph went on with how they're going to try stop the scene, and people's opinions

(23-5-2008): Ammonnews.net had published a more detailed coverage on the event of the gay party that happened last Thursday (22-5-2008), with more personal contents, attacking the gay community and "the lazy authority!" for not taking charge. The article mentioned a fight between some gays and people from around the hood.

Anty magazine, one of Jordan's best women Arabic directed magazine, had featured in it's March 2008 issue a gay-related article called "The Beauty of Men, Arabs are accused of homosexuality!" The article featured the views, open minded, and opinions of men’s' beauty competitions, skin care habits and how it may or may not be related to homosexuality. The article discussed it positively, cleared the air around few rumors on the issue.

Mika on OUT magazine; July 2007
The Lebanese-born, brit-songer Mika, had graced a cover of the gay magazine OUT July 2007, under labels of not labeling himself as gay or declaring or discussing sexuality with the press “Anyone can label me, but I’m not willing to label myself” Mika stated, aiming for everybody to just focus on his music. Mika raised the question of is he or isn’t he. He talked about the early pressure of the record company to not include the song “Billy Brown” which is a song a bout a man who leaves his wife for another man on the U.S. version of his debut!

The tabloids After the gay magazine "M.K.magazine"!
Ammonnews.net had published an article regarding what happened to the gay magazine(MK) that was suppose to open. They discussed the title they had "the first gay magazine in the middle east, and how the newspaper helped to stop them from moving forward. The newspaper had even talked about how this magazine was to launch during the elections (22-11-2007) "to shift any distraction, while the authority is busy!", while the magazine was suppose to launch on the 1st of November, 22 days before the elections!
