My Letter,
Hello all and happy 2010! Many things to celebrate, appreciate and be thankful for… God has given us another year to prove what good we can bring to this life, so let’s start with a new year’s resolution shall we? But this isn’t like the usual list we make weeks before New Year’s, not the ideas of wealth, work and whatever! It’s your gay-side ‘2010 New Year’s resolution’. Starting by giving your personal dating profile a makeover, with the help of the gaydar.co.uk team, we serve you with the best tips and advices to enhance your profile to the respectable limit, to appear classy and approachable by the good ones. So what are you doing wrong? You’ll be checking off that list soon. Another new year’s resolution is being in tune with yourself, finding happiness and claiming independence which is all within your reach this year, only when being determined. So having goals, making deadlines and with determination you’ll succeed anything you want. My.Kali’s 2010 resolution is to imply more of the happy-feel into its pages, covers, and articles. We’d like to say our thanks for TheNewGay.net team for reviewing My.Kali.mag in the feature on Khalid, the feature was very enlightening over the gay community here in Amman.
'While reading this letter in bed, or in the kitchen while burning your food, My.Kali will always be your secret diary of what's fantasy and private...'
Along the way of this Kali rail, we've lost touch with silliness and how-to’s article side and we think it should make a comeback, starting with this month and continuing to be a stable-still classic! So start your 2010 with a big laugh, gays, readers… share some of their most embarrassing moments with My.Kali, making peace with their past, knowing that nothing helps getting over a humiliating situation more than a good laugh. My.Kali.mag wants to welcome Ala’a, our new cover designer to the My.Kali team, giving our January wet cover (<left) a freshly-cool start. Our cover guy this month, Paulo Perestrelo, whose a model and a father, shares his new year’s resolution, kissing guys, and why it’s much more fun hanging out with the gays… getting to the issue’s theme, the wet issue, we made a very silly-fun article about having fun under the rain and the things that are possibly a try-out must under the rain, not to mention the list of activities and places to do and to go to, while it’s raining outside. When reading this letter while you’re in bed or the kitchen, burning your food, personal or impersonal, My.Kali will still be your secret diary of what's fantasy, private and what’s respectably gay! Not better than the morning news paper for sure, but it’s your gay way of starting your morning with a familiar feel… wishing you a very happy 2010, take care all.
xoxo
