<<The Story of the Night>>
So at night when you’re suppose to be sleeping , and repairing cells and resting your body and soul you’re under the goal of achieving a good score and raise your marks, so, staying put all night is really a job itself, preventing your eye lids from shifting down or sleeping on the books is a common norm when you stay up all night reading science, so sleeping few hours through the day will do you good at mid night, since you had a good amount of asleep, it will give you more stamina to stay awake. Also some people say you should put soft music while studying, but that won’t work on everybody, it could relax your senses which might cause you to drawn into sleep, other people need a bit of a distant noise, like a TV sound, it will give you the impression that you’re not the only one whose awake. If you take any kind of medication check if it has any side-effects on causing drowsiness, or if you take sleeping pills, you need to stop 3 days before you plan for an all night studying, to flush from your system and won’t affect on your focus.
The cafine in coffee and tea is actually good, it alert your senses to work, now the thing is, it only works when the cafine is actually flowing and in your system, as soon as your body absorb it, it will do nothing, so you need to keep drinking coffee and tea from 2 hours to 2 hours to stay alert.
Ok put the eye gel mask in the fridge in the early night, so you canuse it for 15 min every hour, it’s a cold blue-geled mask that cools the eye area that could give you a bit of alert vibes to stay awake, it also reduces puffiness from your night. Also from 2 hours to hours use the eye cream or gel to prevent puffiness of your eyes so you won’t look likea zombi when you go for the test. Take few rests bitween, like for every 1hour take 10 min rest, andfor 2 the double and so on. Let the room be aired by an open window, so you can have fresh air to replinish your brain, and the night is famous for it’s cool breeze which can help you stay awake.
